Duties & Responsibilities
The IT Support Specialist at International Tax Counsel Ltd. supports and maintains all IT systems across the globe, enabling our staff to provide cutting-edge legal and accounting services to international clients.
Responsibilities:
• Support all hardware, software, security, and global networking systems
• Assist in the training of staff on both new and current software and systems
• Assist in setting up new offices and transferring servers.
• Independently and personally troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, from firm-wide problems to individual users
Requirements:
• Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 2-3 years experience maintaining and managing complex IT systems
• Experience of personally setting up international servers and maintaining a worldwide network
• Experience managing security and software licenses
• Experience working in a smaller organization
• Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing

• Active Directory • 2003/2008 servers

• LAN and WLAN

• Microsoft Exchange
• Desktop support
Working Time : 05:00am - 14:00pm
