หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Draft, Review, Revise finalize and execute various types of contracts
- Develop new contract templates
- Apply company guidelines and policies to contract development and execution
- Work with concerned parties to rise to challenge and expedite contract process for timely execution
- Maintain a contract status record and database for tracking and reporting
- Provision of Legal consultancy and knowledge
- Perform other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Laws, with a Thai lawyer license, is a must
- 2-year experience or more in contract execution and litigation
- Proficiency in Thai and English (Verbal & Written)with TOEIC score 600 points up
- Meticulous and result-oriented
- Entrepreneurship, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly logical, committed, proactive, assertive, self-starter, and quick learner
- Ability to exercise judgment and find alternative solutions to reach agreement
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, e-mail, and internet

As the name suggests, this division is a dedicated unit for integration of sound commercial practice and applied legal knowledge. Along with a diversified working team, you will have a good hands-on opportunity to take the lead in working on:
- Dispute resolution including litigation and execution
- Development and execution of various types of contracts
- Corporate registration
- Provision of consultancy and knowledge management
- Good governance
