Maintenance Planner (Mechanic)
บริษัท ปูนซีเมนต์นครหลวง จำกัด (มหาชน)- Prepare, schedule and coordinate weekly-monthly outage plan for maintenance works with mechanical and electrical section in the plant
- Direct, control and work closely with the mechanical and electrical maintenance section supervisor, Production section supervisor, warehouse and procurement to ensure that scheduled maintenance activity and project work is perform and executed in accordance standards and procedures.
- Monitor the execution of maintenance work plan and adjust the schedules accordingly and ensuring proper use of SAP for maintenance management
- Optimize the use of available resources in carrying out the assigned responsibilities and ensure timely completion according to set standards.
- Identify the competencies and knowledge required for contactor to perform their assigned responsibilities, and develop appropriate training plans to enhance performance.
- Actively review, improve, refine and update the maintenance planning work process for building consistency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or related filed.
- 1-3 years of working experiences in maintenance field of cement manufacturing or related field
- Cement maintenance skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
