หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze and conduct feasibility studies of assigned projects (both of greenfield and M&A) through mastering financial modelling in financial aspects including:

economic assumptions,
financial assumptions,
financing structure, and
project and/or financial risks.

• Procure financing for projects as assigned by performing, without limitation, the following activities:

evaluating and proposing financing approaches, financial instruments and financial institutions that provide the most optimal funding costs at the best terms,
coordinating and conducting request for proposals (RFP)
coordinating in arrangements of project meetings and site visits for project evaluation or project due diligence,
preparing project information to support management
preparing sensitivity analysis studies through mastering financial modelling, and
providing comments on agreements especially for those financing related agreements during negotiations.

• Explore the opportunities for new business/investments including acquisition opportunities

• Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services

• Prepare and summarize project information as well as key terms of project financing and document them into the reports for management

• Prepare analytical reports and presentation for the board meeting

• Maintain close relationship and network building with relevant agencies, partners and major investors to ensure business opportunities

• Perform other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration

• Master degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration

• Age 30 – 35 years old

• At least 5 - 7 years of relevant experiences in power business, new business, new technology or large infrastructure business or financial institutions with a minimum of 3 years experiences in feasibility study, financial modelling, business development, project development or project management

• Extremely proficient in creating and managing financial models in Microsoft Excel. In particular, a good understanding of business valuation and/or project finance modelling.

• Understandings of Financial Analysis, Business analysis, Business law and etc.

• Able to manage workload effectively and deliver quality work on schedule.

• Enthusiasm and commitment to working in a friendly, entrepreneurial, team environment.

• CFA or other relevant qualification is a plus.

• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 650 TOEIC Score)
