Key Accountabilities
Plan, organize, execute administrative and/or general support activities for Assistant to CEO/Sales Used Car- General Manager, in order to contribute to effective and efficient service level delivery as well as the timely and correct administrative processing and data management.
1. Collect, check, correct, enter, register, maintain, archive data in administrative systems according to established/contributed of memos, letters and forms and maintain filing system
2. Prepare, draft and check documents/customer database such as reports, forms, lists, statistics, presentations, etc.
3. In close collaboration with the manager/supervisor/colleagues, provide support services within Used Car Team under Sales Used Car General Manager guideline.
4. Plan, organize and schedule a meeting occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference
5. Coordinate and/or implement various logistic, organizational and facility services;- mail, scan, prints, meeting rooms, etc.
6. Travel management: flight bookings, Visa, hotel reservations, pickups and shuttles
7. Handle and troubleshooting issues with professional solution among team and customer
