Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned products to ensure sales and A&P spending targets are achieved.
- Develop and execute all marketing communications and activations (ATL & BTL) to increase sales and enhance brand/product awareness.
- Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Plan and conduct market research to gain consumer insights.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments, including Sales, Promotion, R&D, IT, Logistics, Finance, and Accounting, to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
- Conduct occasional market visits in both Bangkok and rural areas.
Qualifications
- Age between 30 – 35 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in brand or product management.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong initiative and proactive thinking.
- Analytical mindset with a positive attitude.
- Results-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Experience in the FMCG business is a plus.
