หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Job responsibilities:

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring new plant construction project which was assigned as an engineering projects

• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

• Communicate daily with the consultant activities to interpret their needs the requirements and design construction plan meet to goals

• Project Coordinator with consultant perform overall quality and control of the schedule plan of project and report regularly on project status.

• Responsible for designing production process and machine layouts

• Created and set up standard drive engineering work procedure, and related documents support for initial plant project

• After project construction handover, planning & activities Preventive maintenance of calendar program machine equipment for operation and utilities system

• Supervise &development corrective maintenance program to reduce machine downtime and root cause analysis

• Prepare and issue purchasing work order for need the spare part stocked preventive and corrective maintenance prevention.

• supervise the maintenance teams responsible to technical support maintenance, preventive, corrective activities in operation.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality (Male) at least 30 years with minimum Bachelor's degree or advanced in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related to Engineering field.

• More than 3-5 years of total experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance management from related Food, FMCG or food Processing Process ,beverage process, and factory operation including utility, water treatment and waste water treatment is a Plus.

• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD or equivalent application software

• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects

• Project management and supervision skills

• Good command in both Thai & English languages

HyLife Global Food Company Limited was established in January 2022 to
expand our business from real estate development of the company group to a
sustainable business of food manufacturer and exporter. In our business plan, the
persons with high knowledge and experience from leading food companies have been
gathered to join the company. With our modern innovation and design of production
line, we decided to locate our plant in Doi Lo district, Chiang Mai, which is the source of
premium fruit and vegetable raw materials; especially Longan. For our implementation
plan, the construction and machine installation (including BOI process and all involved
permission) would be finished and could supply our products to the value customers
within July 2023.
The main products can be divided into two groups: the first group for the
export market which is dried whole longan with shell and freeze dried longan, and the
second group is for the domestic market which is the ready-to-eat processed vegetables
and fruits for distribution in convenience stores, modern trade, and online.
The company is committed to implement a food management system throughout
the entire supply chain. For example, the agricultural extension team will organize the
training and knowledge on GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) to longan plantations and
growers. the pesticide and prohibited chemical would be controlled from the plantation
until delivering to the factory. In our production process, the factory implements GHPs
(Good Hygiene Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) in order
to control the food safety and deliver the good taste from farm to fork.
