หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Support QC management system at production line
Assist with communication to customer on quality matters, Interface with customer quality representatives.
Report all identified issues and cooperate closely with the management to ensure immediate action
Review the customer's specification and undertake relevant training to QC team
Work with Plant Manager to handle non-conforming material, root cause analysis and mistake proofing to handle customer complaints management.
Collect and analyses data to assess product and customer specific for improvement programs.
Manage and verify product/ production quality related document from product compliance statements, certifications, audit reports, specifications to quality agreements and relevant customer statements in the quality manual
Report quality problems and procedure of quality concern
Ensure the safety is adhered to at QC site
Conduct periodic quality system and process audits to ensure conformance to processes and procedure
Supports the Organizational Goals in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction
Perform other duties and projects as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Chemical field
At least 5 years of QC experience or Chemist and management role as Supervisor or Manager
Good command of English
Able to work in Lopburi province
Able to drive a car and have driver's license

Golden Lime Public Company Limited was established on 2 October 2003, on 2 April 2014, the Company has listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) with current registered and paid-up capital of THB 300 million.
The company produces and sells lime, Calcium Carbonate as well as sales and installation of machine and equipment for lime production.
1) Lime (i.e., Calcium Oxide (CaO) and Calcium Hydroxide) and 2) Calcium Carbonate. Lime is widely used in the production process of various industries. The company supplies lime and Calcium Carbonate for both domestic and oversea customers.

The company has 4 factory located in Lopburi province and Saraburi Province. We have nine kilns for burnt lime production operating 24 hours a day with a production capacity of 492,000 tons/full capacity per annum quicklime), our Kilns are automatically control by modern computerized systems and closely monitored by experienced and skilled staff.
