1. Ensure that customer quality issues are resolved and prepare necessary corrective / preventive actions , follow up , verification and release of corrective actions.
2. Maintain control customer part submission documentation and samples.
3. Cooperate with customer onsite verification visits as necessary.
4. Create report part quality assurance activity and progress result to supervisor.
5. Control and verify the quality of products in the production process before delivery.
6. Ensure quality system compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirement.
7. Supervise the operation of subordinates.
