- Make and organize shifts for restaurant employee
- Provide superior guest services, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Responsible for table reservation
- Respond to customer questions and complaints
- Manage restaurant supplies, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Coordinate with supplier for ingredients order
- HR task such as recruitment, performance evaluation, payroll
- Create Daily Report for Management Team
- Other duties assigned by MD
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years in management level from hospitality industries (Hotel, restaurant or related)
- Good English communication skill (to communicate with Japanese Chef and Management)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Fast learner, good people management skill and coordination skill
- Can join immediately or short period of notice
- Experiences as restaurant supervisor from Omakase or Japanese restaurant
- Have experiences in managing overall restaurant, insight knowledge in beverages/alcohol (e.g. sake, or wine)
- Can communicate in Japanese
