Revenue Manager
บริษัท อินซาฟ เอสเตท จำกัด1. Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
2. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
3. Provide bi-weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
4. Work in liaison with hotel sales, operations and reservations departments as a team.
5. Responsible for best practice standards to include competitor analysis; environmental scanning; market modeling; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts
6. Liaise with market managers to understand developments in market dynamics and formulate related strategy.
7. Responsible for assessing, analyzing and pricing group business strategies.
8. Inspire Hotel’s HODs to further embed a revenue management culture.
9. Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA).
10. Visit the hotels to get first-hand knowledge of all revenue management issues and other key areas.
11. Any other reasonable requests made by management.
4 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience.
- Bachelor or Master in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies.
- A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset.
- Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.
- Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets
