• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in internal control, risk management, or related fields, 2 years of experience as a people’s manager.
• Have some understanding of risk management and internal control concepts (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO-ERM, COSO-ESG, etc.) and experience in applying them in various business areas/ functions.
• Proven success in improving risk management.
• Experience in setting up and operating enterprise risk management.
• Excellent presentation skills with monitor and follow up technique.
• Good command of English.
• Able to work under pressure, logical and systematic thinking, teamwork, well organized mind.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skill.
• Be Curious, dynamic, and fast learner with strong business intuitions.
