หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Understand products and approval process of responsible countries/markets.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Follow up quotes and proposals with customers.
Communicate production, and shipment schedules to customers.
Process the bidding on the coming tenders’ required document.
Evaluate sale proceedings and present the results to the management team for policy decisions

คุณสมบัติ

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in science with technical background, Engineering.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Experience in sales and marketing overseas will be advantageous.
Good manners and strong interpersonal skills with well-respected customers from different cultures and values.
Multi taskings.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
High level of communications.
Fluent command, written and verbal, in English and Thai.
Fluency in French, Arabic, Chinese, or Spanish will be advantageous.
Abilities to travel abroad.
