Sales Manager (Frozen Food Product)

- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales.
- Experience in fresh fruit or frozen food product will be preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, team management and customer service skills.
- Good command of English
- Good negotiation skills for dealing with customers
- Highly independent, adaptable and self-motivated
- Have own car with driving license
