- Take care of smart building solutions and EV solutions sales.
- Educate and pitch the solutions info customers including explaining the solutions' benefits & functions, answering all questions, and convincing the customers to close the deals.
- Be the channel for communication with customers (for both commercial and technical communication).
- Monitor and follow up on the project progress since product pitching, price offer, closing the deal, appointing and monitoring project installation work until handing over all the solutions to customer completely. This also includes managing to fix any after-sales problems for the customers (if any).
- Work closely with back-office teams (sales coordinator, accounting, and finance teams) and partners (Nexter and outside suppliers) to optimize and smooth the sales and operational process.
- Provide information to customers (FAQ) for EV chargers via the online channel (BIGTH) and coordinate with the supplier's support team.
- Confirm the EV Charger order with the customer and appointment with the supplier for a site survey or installation.
