Job Description:

• Responsible for completeness and quality of the requirements, mainly focus on SAP, SAP HANA, SAP SD,C4, FICO

ERP/CRM systems, In-house applications, related databases maintenance and technologies.

• Work with key users on requirements verification to ensure the solution is designed to meet the business needs.

• Design, analysis, and take responsibility of development process.

• Participate and contribute to UAT and development activities.

• Identify and follow up incidents according to the IT incident resolution process.

• Work with international team to analyze root cause and provide a permanent resolution or workaround.

• Perform testing, monitoring, performance tuning on applications.

• Participate in the plan of projects development.

• Maintain awareness of the current application capabilities and business processes.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related field.

• Male or Female age 27 - 40 years.

• Required experience of System Analyst or Business Analyst or Application Support at least 3-5 years.

• Basic/Good Knowledge in programming (Programming concepts).

• Good Knowledge in MSSQL databases.

• Good Knowledge in SAP HANA, SAP C4, ERP(SAP)/CRM and financial software.

• Good Knowledge in system/business analysis
