1.Prepare and manage Payment via all payment methods, and petty cash in time with 100% accuracy, which comply to procedure of the company’s financial activities.
2.Support the company’s budgets in terms of reconciliation with the daily cashflow and financial charges.
3.Support Month End and Year End Closing.
4.Monitor and control project disbursement by working with Account Payable function to meet project schedule.
5.Knowledge of normal Corporate tax payments in the real estate industry.
6.Ensure prompt collection of receipts and payment of invoices.
7.Cooperation with bankers, Investors, financial and legal advisory.
8.Support and coordination with Accounting Department for the accuracy of financial information through to compliance with policies and procedures.
9.Support the work of external auditors by providing timely accurate information.
10.Perform other job-related functions and special projects as assigned.
1.Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2.At least 5 years or more in relevant work experiences in Accounting and Finance/Treasury at management level with big companies.
3.Real estate experience and RMS System are preferred
4.Have experience of more than five years.
5.Fluent English (Speaking, Writing, and Reading)
6.Self-control in multi-tasking and work independently with fast learning in any new job process.
7.Strong communication skills with many different parties.
8.Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
9.Able to perform well under pressure.
