Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties to prepare project documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities and prepare documents to apply for any licenses or permits related to the project.
- Organize a meeting to publicize details of the project and to increase engagement and understanding with stakeholders at the project site.
- Coordinate with landowners in the project to prepare land documents.
- Survey Project Site.
- Draft a map and prepare any related data that is required for the development of the project.
- Prepare project progress reports to present to the management team.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- A diploma or higher degree in Geography, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in contacting local governments, i.e., SAO (อบต.) and Head Village-Head Sub-district (ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน-กำนัน)
- Experience with land authorities, such as ALRO (สปก.) and the Land Department.
- Good skills in Ms. Office, Word/Excel.
- Good work responsibilities and duties.
- Experience in GIS programs and Google Earth is preferable.
- It is preferable if your birthplace is in the northeastern province.
- Able to work at the project site.

- Financing: The Blue Circle invests in and owns its projects for the long term.
- Operation and Asset Management: The Blue Circle operates its projects for the full operating life of the assets
