Social Media Execution
• Manage the day-to-day posting of social media content and plan a monthly social media calendar.
• Align social media content with brand content strategy with proper tone of voice and variety of contents
• Develop social graphic content brief to work with the graphic team and other stakeholders.
• Lead community management by engage and respond to community frequently and accurately on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Analyze and evaluate social media content and develop a learning report to reiterate an improvement in future content.
• Build social media ads for key platforms and manage paid content tracking document, partnering with internal and external stakeholders for inputs.
Social Video Creation
• Ideating, creating, editing and publishing several videos per week to engage and grow the community on TikTok and Instagram.
• Produce a creative video that grows brand affinity and shows our tone of voice.
• Quickly identify and implement emerging trends on social media on brand’s platforms.
Influencer Execution
• Develop and continuously maintain robust pools of high-quality influencer that aligns with our brand and reflect the current trends.
• Supports all aspects of influencer campaign planning, development, execution and reporting
• Ensure final creative is consistent with brief and brand tone of voice
• Maintain a relationship with key influencers.
• Compile learning and develop a report to improve future influencer content. Support budget and campaign performance tracking
Who we are looking for?
• Highly creative and have strong understanding of developing and editing social videos.
• Solid experience with video editing apps and TikTok and Instagram in-platform tools.
• Know social media inside-out and follow current and emerging social media platforms trend.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively.
• Work fast with accuracy and adaptable to change.
• Capacity to prioritize multitask works and strictly manage deadlines.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated.
