Working Hours: 6 Day per week, 1 Day off
Responsibilities:
- Develop BA Performance to reach the Sale target.
- Sufficient manpower coverage. Motivate evaluate and retain a dynamic and effective BA Team with good integrity and team spirit.
- Plan and control Overtime, Maintain daily sale target.
- Provide data to Dingtalk for duty roster, OT, competitors information feedback market situation.
- Leading, Training, coaching team.
- Control and check accounting report (everyday).
- Take Full ownership of store and lead to the successful and achievement.
- Drive continuous improvements in the store ‘sales, productivity and profitability.
- Daily, Weekly and monthly action plan to deliver the expected sales results.
- Work with the team to best handle customer complaints.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process follows company SOP.
- Work with the BA to manage inventory and minimize stock loss.
- Lead the recruitment process for front line staff and work together with relevant HR Dept, to successfully close the vacant positions in the store.
- Lead the store morning meeting to ensure accurate and consistent communication to the BA Konvy.
- Improve BA morale leading to positive and dynamic working attitude.
