Supply Planner
บริษัท เคไอเจ มาร์เก็ตติ้ง จำกัดThe Supply Planner is responsible for closed full loop of Supply Network chain from master production scheduling, material requirement planning, the allocation of raw material, work in process and inventory control throughout upstream and downstream. This position is a key driver in managing inventory level, ensuring adequate inventory is available to deploy in fulfillment of customer demand, while preventing out-of-stock and/or over-stock product risks. He/she plays critical as focal point role and resolve demand-supply disconnect among related functions: demand and operational site
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• From the Demand Plan, the role creates finished goods needed to support customer orders, forecasted demand & inventory requirements from raw materials to finished goods
• Collaborates with cross functional team to ensure the production plan matches the demand conditions and inventory is managed according to constraints and targets that are aligned with the business strategy.
• Actively interacts with demand management, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, warehousing & transportation to solve material issues & consumption patterns & phase-in/out of NPD or re-branding
• Resolve product shortage and ad-hoc daily issues with related functions ((Demand Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Business Management).
• Identifies possible material shortages against inventory requirement and develops action plan to address the shortage-related issues.
• Maintains critical inventory parameters for Target & Safety Stock of Finished goods, Raw materials, and other planning parameters such as supply lead time, warehouse and transportation constraints.
• Measures, analyzes, and reports key performance indicators (KPI), Supply reliability, OTIF, SLOB, Inventory
• Collaborate with operational site and sourcing function for short/medium/long-term capacity planning and direct material vendor performance measurement
