ฺBusiness Analyst Insurance (ประจำพระราม 3 / Onsite ) - บริษัท เอสวีโอเอ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• This position reports to the System Analyst lead and to Program Manager (PGM) respectively, and will work closely with the Solution Architect and Business Analyst, as well as development consultants to design new IT solution, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity.
• He/She must possess a high level of technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices. Depending on the employer, clients may be internal, e.g. departments within the same organization, or external.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Examine existing IT system and business models got from Business Analyst team
• Design Mock-up Screen to confirm with Business Analyst as well as the customer
• Analyze systems requirements
• Design application flow, structure diagram, database design in the Technical Detailed Design document (TDD)
• Undertake product development
• Implement, configure and test feasible solution

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent engineering or technical disciplines
• Having a working foundation/experience in SDLC based System Analyst. The System Analyst should have an intimate understanding of SDLC processes, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of stakeholders
• Experience in a Java development environment with a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion framework is preferred
• Cooperatives or Insurance and financial services experience preferred
• Demonstrable experience in a web-based software development environment required
• Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success
• Excellent knowledge and background in the requirement definition, design, construction, and testing of software applications, services, processes, and build/release management
• Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make good judgment when faced with trade-offs
• Minimum 3 years related development experience, participating in the full-SDLC, in increasingly demanding technical leadership roles
