หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collect and Analyze business requirements

• Develop business requirement document

• Identify IT requirements and IT solutions

• Facilitates business users & vendors in decision making and problem resolutions

• Manage user acceptance and Manage project transition to operations

• Manage and plan for monitor, support and control to development project timeline and budgets with have to completely in time and efficiency include able to extend in the future.

• Ability to lead internal teams.

• Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor/Master degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or related field

• At least 3 years working experience in business analyst, system analyst or other similar experience job role

• Experience in software development project by SDLC or Agile methodology, rely on consulting services or project-based environment

• Have strong experience in ERP, CRM and Project Management Solution

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 skills is a plus

• Strong analytic skills

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Visio.

• Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools as necessary.
