Telesales Supervisor
Freshket/บริษัท โพลาร์ แบร์ มิชชั่น จำกัด- Initiate sales with existing customers (restaurant owner/ operator) over the phone.
- Engage customers in dialogue that opens opportunities to encourage higher order frequency and order value
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Listen to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Define strategic offering for each segment
- Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new products.
- Understand the customer requirements, educate them to understand the values of the company's products and services.
- +1 years work experience in telesales or telemarketing (outbound)
- Superb business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in food supply chain business will be an advantage
- Proactively looking for an opportunity to drive sales from your own accounts
- Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
