หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Planning, coordinating and managing inventory activities to ensure operational excellence.
Control inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results.
Evaluating the effectiveness of existing work procedures and recommending alternatives to improve processes within warehouse.
Manage team to update accurate inventory transactions in ERP system
Coordinate Warehouse team efforts and represent the warehouse operations to support Quality, Finance, Purchasing, Planning and Production departments and attend regular meeting for briefing of team leaders.
Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all warehouse tasks.
Coach, Train and Develop warehouse staff in standard operating procedures, best practices for warehouse and safe work practices in order to enhance the teams wellbeing and capability through effective training.
Provide constant motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce for an efficient and effective warehouse to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain measurement/reporting systems for the effectiveness of the department activities using visual management systems.
Ensure accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained.
Continuously improve warehouse operations, monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs, with a primary focus on cost controls.
Ensure tight control of all materials and personnel that enter or exit the warehouse.
Manage the finished goods packing, storage, as well as shipping in cooperation with the central shipping team.
Ensure that the quality of all equipment/ machinery used by the department and inform the Maintenance Department or General Management in advance about foreseeable future problems.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor Degree or Higher in Logistics or Industrial Management and related field a plus.
At least 5-10 years’ experience in Warehouse, planning, logistics, production
Candidate must be fluent in English
At least 5-10 years’ experience ERP Logistics and Material Management Modules as Key-User or Advanced user.
Experience with Microsoft Office is required, with a preference for advanced
Self-motivated individual with strong leadership, teamwork skills and a proactive mindset who is able to work independently under little to no
Knowledge in ISO9001/14001 will be an advantage
Strong in communicates skill
5S+1 experience is strongly required
Lean Sigma manufacturing with green belt/black belt be an advantage
