Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) awarded PPTC Co., Ltd. (PPTC) a construction and operating license for a Cogeneration Power Plant in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate. After being awarded the licenses to construct and operate the Cogeneration Power Plant from IEAT, PPTC Co., Ltd., submitted their project proposal to Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). Shortly thereafter, EGAT classified the project as a Small Power Producer (SPP) of Cogeneration system by awarding a Firm contract to PPTC Co., Ltd.
The Power Plant fueled by Natural Gas for the production of 120 megawatts electricity and 30 tons of steam.
Stated clearly in the proposal to EGAT, PPTC Co., Ltd. is a partnership, consisting of powerful and experienced investors.
