Thai Refined Salt Co., Ltd. a leader in the distribution of premium grade industrial salt and table/cooking salt, is a join venture between Thai shareholders and AGC INC. of Japan. TRS' salt is sourced from Asia's premier producer of vacuum salt Pimal Salt Co., Ltd. with annual production capacity of 1.7 million tons per annum.
The company's modern manufacturing facility is located in Amphoe Pimai in Nakhonratchasima Province and was established to respond to the demand for premium grade salt both in the domestic and world markets. Backed by state-of-the-art techonology and modern machinery, TRS is able produce reliable, clean, vacuum salt to global standards - ISO 9001 certification from BVQI, GMP and HACCP certification from URS, FSSC 22000 from SGS, etc.
TRS is a dominant market leader in the distribution of salt in Thailand and a major distributor in the Asia Pacific region. The company distributes both industrial salt to such industries as the chlor-alkali, dyeing, animal feed, food and resin regeneration, etc. and table/cooking salt, the majority of which under the famous brands.
