Key Responsibilities

Develop & Implement:

• Create and enforce Standard QC procedures, policies, specifications and sampling plan.
• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s quality control strategies, systems, and standards to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.

Monitor & Inspect:

• Oversee incoming inspections, in-process inspections and finished goods inspections and provide feedback on issues.
• Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Lead Team:

• • Train, supervise, and guide QC staff.
• • Lead and manage the QC team in monitoring raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure conformance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO).

Analyze & Report:

• • Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data, generating reports for management.
• • Analyze production data and quality metrics using statistical tools to identify trends, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure Compliance:

• Guarantee adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Improve Processes:

• Identify areas for improvement, reduce waste, and drive continuous quality enhancement.

Collaborate:

• Work with other departments (production, purchasing, management) and handle client feedback.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of quality activities, tests, and procedures.

• Modernform Exclusive Living เฟอร์นิเจอร์บ้านที่เน้นทั้งความหรูหรา มีรสนิยม และความทันสมัย สำหรับลูกค้าระดับกลางถึงบน
• Modernform Kitchen เฟอร์นิเจอร์ชุดครัวที่โดดเด่นด้วยดีไซน์และเน้นการใช้นวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ ในการออกระบบแบบให้มีความทันสมัย สวยงาม ใช้วัสดุที่มีคุณภาพ ควบคู่ไปกับประโยชน์ใช้สอย
• Modernform Home Decorative Products  ธุรกิจนำเข้าวัสดุอุปกรณ์เฟอร์นิเจอร์และวัสดุเพื่อการตกแต่งภายใน ซึ่งเป็นธุรกิจแรกเริ่มของบริษัท และเป็นอีกหนึ่งในธุรกิจหลักที่สร้างความแตกต่างและความหลากหลายในผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ลูกค้าได้เลือกสรรด้วยนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
