Sales Executive (Loose Furniture)
บริษัท เยอรมัน สแตนดาร์ด จำกัด- Build strong business relationships with specifiers, such as real estates, developers, agents, architects, interior designers, hospitality players and contractors, by providing an excellent personal service and becoming a preferred supplier.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of architects, interior designers, home builders, and contractors.
- Conduct market research on the competition to make sure we maintain a leading position in the market.
- Assist the management to determine and implement sales plan and marketing strategies; and analyse trends and results.
- Assist the management to establish sales objectives of loose furniture by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products. Implement sales programs by developing sales action plans.
- Assist the management to maintain product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Assist the management to establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Meet sales targets as agreed with Management
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, and/or marketing/sales management
- At least 3 years previous sales experience in loose furniture, lifestyle products, with showroom sales or interior design background preferred
- Proven established client base with developers, architects, designers, main-contractors and home-builders
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required and need to be comfortable working with our prestigious clients.
- Must be flexible to travel to client sites in Thailand
