Responsibilities
We are seeking an innovative (senior) marketing manager, who has a proven record of building strong brands in luxury products (preferably in luxury furnishing and interior decoration products) both with digital and conventional marketing (with the focus on Digital Marketing). To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge and experience to approach the Thai and foreign elite in Thailand, which should translate into strong brand awareness. The marketing manager’s experience will prove invaluable to run online advertising campaigns, especially on Facebook and Google, to generate strong lead growth.
(Senior) Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Build all of our product brands into leading brands in Thailand by market share and profitability
- Build a strong marketing department in digital lead generation and asset production
- Thoroughly understand and have strong experience launching new brands in Thailand
- Being fully fluent in all marketing communication channels with our target clients and fully fluent in analyzing results
- Coordinate with Sales and propose to Management monthly, quarterly and yearly promotion and advertising schedules and budget across all chanels.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns for luxury interior decoration products.
Social Media Marketing and Business Development Strategist
- Drive Digital Marketing to execute and optimize digital media lead generation
- Explore and Develop Ecommerce for some of our product lines
- Manage promotion and organic content creation on all relevant social media
- Develop and improve German Standard Website for SEO on Google to make our site rank top 5.
- Do market research and competitive price comparison
- Prepare daily and monthly report and generate quotations from system
- Other digital / online marketing jobs as assigned
- Generate online lead to visit our showroom and create marketing events to promote all our product ranges
Qualifications
(Senior) Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- Proven track record launching digital marketing campaigns for luxury products.
- Master's Degree/MBA in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing or Sales Management
- At least 5 years experience in branding and building market share as assistant manager
- Proficiency in digital marketing automation software such as Bitrix or HubSpot
- Being hands-on and on top of all marketing activities in terms of analytics and producing results.
