Responsibilities
Assigned to F&L section but will also assist in improvement in other departments
Manage and analyze department output per line
Visualize department cost reduction and budget versus actual each month
Work closely with sewing line team members related to cost reduction and time optimization
Support department cost reduction activities as needed
Lead labor cost projects as assigned
Improve training skills of Operators
Assist departments projects related to cost management
Assist departments with understanding cost conditions monthly
Develop strategies and plans in order to achieve cost reduction targets
Support monthly reforecasting of costs in order to help drive business decisions
Implement Lean /5S/productivity
Assist department to reach KPI
Qualifications
Age over 25 years, Male or Female
Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent professional experience (5 years Minimum)
Highly motivated and qualified line balance, productivity
Microsoft Excel experience
Project management experience (experience managing own time; taking initiative; managing targets & deadlines; managing schedules etc.)
Manufacturing step details, BOM, process times, cycle time measurement experience
Manufacturing experience
ISO experience will be a plus
