Responsibilities
• Follow up ACS’s policy in business to provide effective ongoing practice.
• Purchase accounting: Record purchases including import-Export expense in purchase vouchers and record the account in the purchase journal and summary the balance of individual vendors and prepare a purchase account report at the end of every month.
• General accounting: Record accounts in general journals such as accrued expenses, payroll accounts, prepaid expenses, etc.
• Prepare summary of detailed and record the expenses according to the specified budget.
• Prepare oversea sales tax reports and prepare PP.30
• Submit PP.30, PND.3, PND53, PND54, PP.36 to the Revenue Department.
• Prepare a summary the expenses, including details of financial statements at the end of every month.
• Manage the MRS program.
• Issue sales tax invoices and Invoice for local customers and Closing Sales journal, Receive journal for trial balance.
• Prepare billing to customers.
• Fixed assets list prepares and registration. Including record and control.
• Support activities that are set up in the organization, such as 5S, safety, quality management system, ISO9001 and ISO14001 or other in the future.
• Work as assigned by supervisor or the rules and regulations of the organization.
Qualifications
· Thai nationality Female/ Male with age over 22 years old.
· Diploma’s Degree or higher in accounting or related.
· Minimum 2 years experience in accounting process.
· Fair to speak, read and write in English.
· Good computer skill.
· Able to contact and coordinate which related department
