Responsibilities
· Improve product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
· Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
· Develops/Modifies manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
· Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
· Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality Female/Male, 27-40 Years Old.
- Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent professional experience
- Painting and Paint line Experience in a high volume environment
- Problem Solving, Quality improvement skills in a production environment.
- Manufacturing experience
- Good command in English.
