Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Content Development
    • Develop and create marketing content to promote the company’s products and brands across digital channels
    • Produce marketing materials to support dealers and partners in promoting and selling products effectively
    • Plan and execute content strategies for new product launches targeting B2B and B2C customers
    • Manage social media content including product promotion, trends, campaigns, polls, and customer engagement
    • Build brand awareness and drive customer demand through digital engagement initiatives

2. E-Commerce & Lead Generation
    • Utilize online channels to generate sales leads and drive conversions
    • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces
    • Support development and performance of B2B and B2C online platforms

3. One-Stop Online Platform Management
    • Lead the development and management of the company’s end-to-end online shopping platform
      (from digital storefront to delivery and logistics coordination)
    • Ensure seamless customer journey and user experience across all digital touchpoints

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a central coordinator for cross-department activities such as events, seminars, and roadshows
    • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives

5. Website & Brand Management
    • Manage and maintain the company website and related subsites
    • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
    • Support the development and communication of the company’s Corporate Identity (CI)

6. Events & Corporate Initiatives
    • Support and organize marketing events including seminars, exhibitions, and campaigns
    • Identify and develop suitable channels to promote CSR and ESG initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, web-based sales channels, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management
  • Experience managing websites and digital platforms
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing approaches
  • Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in organizing events, seminars, or exhibitions is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English
