Responsibilities
- Plan and implement market research & approach to create customer awareness.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers & prospects.
- Facilitate operation team to perform VOC system to achieve customer satisfaction
- Responsible for business development, branding, and other activities inside/outside company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Sales Engineer & Marketing or related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and good connections with people, both internal and external parties.
