• Design, develop, and validate chassis structure and fuel part components for ISUZU pick-up truck as well as PPV (SUV), ensuring durability, safety, manufacturability, and customer value.
• Drive engineering activities to achieve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets while balancing short-term project execution with long-term product competitiveness.
• Execute assigned responsibilities in alignment with ISUZU project policies, ISO9001 standards, company regulations, and 5S principles.
• Utilize digital engineering tools and AI-supported work processes to improve development efficiency, knowledge sharing, and decision-making quality.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of automotive chassis design and development is preferred
• Familiarity with CAD tools, vehicle development processes, CAE analysis, and automotive quality standards
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Japanese (N3 preferable) and English is an advantage
