SALARY: Starting from TH฿ 551,039 per annum

BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:
Incumbent is a coordinator for U.S. Embassy housing and is the primary point of contact and customer service provider for all issues at approximately 500 U.S. Government-owned and leased residences. Incumbent manages residential projects including make-readies, preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Conducts a variety of detailed residential inspections to assess needs for maintenance and furnishings. Responsible for the entire project management process and quality control of all work at each assigned residence. Responsible for controlling all access to assigned residences. Orients incoming employees to their new homes and guides departing occupants through pre-departure process. This coordination role requires excellent management skills and constant communication and coordination with several offices within the U.S. Mission, landlords, and agents as well as with incoming and outgoing embassy staff occupying the residences. Incumbent also develops excellent working relationships with landlords and/or their respective agents and management companies in a continuing dialogue to build relationships that ensure a successful housing program
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: At least two years of college studies are required.
(2) Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in real estate, customer service, logistics, operations, and/or planning.
(3) Language: (This may be tested.)
• Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.
• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills: (This may be tested.)
• Must possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
(5) Knowledge: (This may be tested.)
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Current real estate and housing market in Bangkok, Customer Service, Logistics, operations, and/or planning.
