SALARY: Starting from TH฿ 445,502 per annum
WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week

BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:
Reporting directly to Administrative Specialist, the incumbent is responsible for the work consisting of the examination for accuracy, legality, compliance with regulations, and justification of vouchers, invoices, claims, and other requests for payment. The incumbent is also responsible for obtaining price quotes and preparation of purchase orders. The incumbent is relied on for the correctness and legality of vouchers, for assuring proper form, and for correct computation on the basis of facts available on documents or obtained through contacts with vendors or contractors. The incumbent must verify all vouchers prior to sending for certification. The incumbent also answers queries and provides advice to Global Financial Service (GFS) Bangkok personnel regarding allowed and non-allowed expenses according to Foreign Affair Manual and Foreign Affair Handbook. The incumbent is GFS Bangkok Payroll & Human Resources Liaison for all GFS Bangkok locally employed staff.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: A bachelor's degree in BBA or B.A. with at least 9 credits in Finance and/or Accounting subject is required.
(2) Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in financial management and/or administrative support is required.
(3) Language: (This may be tested.)
• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.
• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600 or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills: (This may be tested.)
• Incumbent must be able to use a personal computer and related Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
(5) Knowledge: (This may be tested.)
• Good working knowledge in procurement, financial and accounting management, and personnel.
