Responsibilities

LOCATION: Bangkok
SALARY: Starting from TH฿ 445,502 per annum
WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week

BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:

The incumbent is under the direct supervisor of the Senior General Services Officer (SGSO). The incumbent is responsible for organizing and managing the transition of the U.S. Agencies and offices from current locations in commercial and government owned properties around Bangkok, Thailand to the New Office Complex (NOX). As the primary point of contact on transition-related matters, the incumbent directs operational oversight of the move and coordinates all daily administrative processes in preparation for the transition. The incumbent liaises with all appropriate agencies, offices, and extra organizational entities to ensure all matters related to the move are adequately planned and executed. The incumbent is also responsible for decommissioning the current spaces building following the completion of the NOX.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

(1) Education: Completion of two years of college or university studies is required
(2) Experience: Minimum of one year’s experience in project management, office management, administration, or logistics coordination is required.
(3) Language: (This may be tested.)
• Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 855, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills: (This may be tested.)
• Must have Excellent oral and written communication skills that include customer service.
• Good overall computer skills in MS Word, Excel, MS Access, and other database systems are required.
• Must be able to effectively manage projects, plan and run meetings.
• Must be able to manage a large number of people.
(5) Knowledge: (This may be tested.)
• Must have knowledge of management theory, knowledge of scheduling and resources management practices; customer services practices required.
• Familiarity with local government rules and regulations impacting planning and transportation; public transportation; housing; local amenities, etc.
