• Plan and execute paid media campaigns and manage budgets to drive brand awareness, conversions, product launches, engagement, and other communication objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day digital campaign management, from concept development to execution, across social media and other digital platforms.
• Optimize paid media performance using data-driven insights, performance metrics, and emerging digital marketing trends.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with KPIs and ROAS targets.
• Analyze campaign data and extract key insights to provide actionable recommendations for improving media strategies and audience targeting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Content, Graphic Design, Customer Service) to create engaging digital initiatives across social media, website, and other online channels.
• Support the Marketing Director / Digital Marketing Manager in product promotion planning and strategic marketing direction to achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROAS and KPIs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Proficient in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns
• Experience in e-commerce or performance-driven industries
• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
