Responsibilities
- จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบสื่อการฝึกอบรมทางเทคนิคสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือระบบของบริษัท
- ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้าหรือพนักงานตามกำหนดการ
- สาธิตการใช้งาน การติดตั้ง และการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของผลิตภัณฑ์
- รวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะจากการฝึกอบรมเพื่อปรับปรุงเนื้อหาและวิธีการสอน
- จัดทำรายงานผลการฝึกอบรมและสรุปประเด็นสำคัญ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่ หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรมทางเทคนิค 0-3 ปี
- ทักษะการนำเสนอและการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจน
- ความสามารถในการอธิบายข้อมูลทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อนให้เข้าใจง่าย
- ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการทำงานของระบบหรืออุปกรณ์ทางเทคนิค
- ทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นและการทำงานภายใต้สถานการณ์จริง
- หากมีประสบการณ์การใช้เครื่องมือหรือซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
