Responsibilities
- Plan and manage maintenance operations in line with organizational goal
- Oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) for machinery, electrical systems, and utilities
- Improve machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend equipment lifespan
- Manage spare parts, materials, and maintenance tools to ensure availability
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and related departments
- Prepare and summarize maintenance reports for management review
- Develop and improve maintenance systems, processes, and new technologies
- Control maintenance budget and optimize maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in maintenance, with leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance, machinery, electrical systems, and utilities
- Experience in maintenance planning, cost control, and budget management
- Ability to analyze machine performance, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen)
- Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Familiar with safety standards and maintenance best practices
- Proficient in maintenance systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office
- Good command of English communication is an advantage
- Experience in the automotive industry will be given special consideration.
