Responsibilities
• Report and give legal advice to management and employees of the Company in terms of laws,
regulations, rules including internal rules of the company as well.
• Prepare and maintain documents of director registration, board meeting, shareholders meeting
and other registration of the company.
• Prepare, draft and review contract
• Perform legal compliance audit
• Give legal advice to employee and management
• Coordinate with government official
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Law.
• At least 3 years experience in legal functions
• Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts
• Good command of English
