Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Implement corporate HR strategies, policies, and frameworks at Branch level.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor laws and governance standards.
- Execute workforce planning processes aligned with corporate strategy and business plans.
- Monitor headcount, productivity, and labor cost metrics, ensuring data accuracy.
- Support organizational restructuring and workforce adjustments based on business needs.
- Implement performance management framework and ensure KPI alignment across Branch.
- Support performance review processes and coordinate reward administration.
- Facilitate talent management, succession planning, and competency framework implementation.
- Coordinate leadership development programs and track Individual Development Plans (IDP).
- Monitor and report HR KPIs, provide workforce insights, and escalate risks to HR Core or management.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 3–5 years HR experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law
- Experience in manpower planning & multi-site operations preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnering skills
- Ability to execute HR strategies effectively at operational level
