Responsibilities
- Assess training needs and design development programs aligned with business goals.
- Plan and deliver workshops, seminars, and online learning programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop career development plans.
- Provide coaching and support employee career progression.
- Design leadership development programs and support succession planning.
- Oversee performance management processes aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support managers in conducting fair and constructive performance reviews.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports on talent development and performance.
- Ensure HR activities comply with policies, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- 5-10 years in HR, talent development, or related fields.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse workforces
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Data analysis and insights-driven strategy development.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for employee growth.
- High emotional intelligence and effective with diverse teams.
