Responsibilities

Demand & Supply Planning

Support demand forecasting activities based on sales orders, distributor demand, and historical data

Assist in developing supply and production plans to ensure optimal product availability

Monitor supply vs demand balance and proactively identify potential shortages or excess inventory

Export Distribution Planning

Coordinate export shipment planning to meet customer delivery requirements

Work closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth export operations and on-time shipments

Monitor order status and follow up on delivery schedules

Inventory Management

Monitor finished goods inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability

Assist in inventory analysis to reduce slow-moving and excess inventory

Maintain inventory accuracy within the ERP system

Data Analysis & Reporting

Maintain accurate planning and master data in ERP system

Prepare supply chain reports and planning analysis using Excel

Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in planning data

Cross Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with production, purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment in supply chain activities

Support planning meetings and provide necessary planning updates and reports

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

2. 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or related roles

3. Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel

4. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage

5. Good communication and coordination skills

6. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

7. Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

1. Understanding of demand planning or supply planning concepts

2. Experience working with export operations or FMCG industry

3. Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
