Responsibilities
- Support and manage general affairs and administrative operations with an engineering and process.
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective execution of administrative tasks.
- Support data collection, analysis and reporting for management decision-making.
- Participate in and support improvement initiatives and new projects, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Qualifications
- Age preferably 22-25 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, another relevant field, or equivalent
- Strong analytical problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Service-minded with a positive attitude.
- Can communicate well in English.
-Can be used in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
