Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fleet operations and contract administration team to ensure service excellence, operational accuracy, and compliance with corporate rental agreements.
- Plan, monitor, and supervise daily operations related to vehicle procurement, contract preparation, and coordination with internal departments.
- Verify contract details, approval conditions, and vehicle purchase orders with dealers or manufacturers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate closely with the Car Rental Business, Fleet Management, Accounting, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Manage and participate in vehicle delivery to corporate clients, including coordination with dealers, insurance arrangements, vehicle registration, and quality inspections prior to handover.
- Represent the company during vehicle handovers to clients to ensure professional delivery standards and positive customer experience.
- Review and approve financial documents such as vehicle purchase approvals, accessory costs, and logistics fees in accordance with the company’s payment schedule.
- Oversee contract right transfers, vehicle returns at the end of rental periods, and prepare monthly operational performance reports.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members to enhance service quality, process efficiency, and teamwork within the department.
