1. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify customer preferences, dining trends, and business opportunities within the Premium Shabu and Japanese A La Carte restaurant segment.
2. Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales for Sakae and Houyou.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, R&D, Graphic Design, and external agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
4. Manage and oversee marketing communication channels including Social Media, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content Creation, and PR activities.
5. Work closely with Culinary/R&D and Operations teams to develop and launch new menu items, seasonal menus, and promotional campaigns.
6. Develop pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and customer engagement activities to increase traffic, sales performance, and customer loyalty.
7. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate marketing campaign performance, sales results, and customer feedback, while preparing performance reports and business insights for management.
8. Support and coordinate events, grand openings, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities to strengthen brand image and customer experience.
9. Collaborate with Operations teams to develop and implement Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives tailored to each branch and target customer group.
10. Plan and execute co-promotional campaigns with business partners such as banks, shopping malls, landlords, credit card companies, and strategic partners.
11. Support B2B marketing activities and corporate partnership programs to expand business opportunities and corporate customer base.
12. Coordinate with suppliers and business partners regarding imported products, premium ingredients, and joint marketing activities.
13. Maintain accurate marketing documentation, campaign budgets, reports, and performance tracking records.
