Responsibilities
- Export Documentation
: Accurately prepare and manage essential shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin (CO).
- Order Processing
: Manage incoming Purchase Orders (POs) from overseas buyers, register them in the system, and coordinate shipping schedules with the production team.
- Logistics Coordination
: Communicate with freight forwarders to book vessel/flight schedules and handle export declarations and customs clearance issues.
- Buyer Communication
: Update buyers on shipping statuses (ETD/ETA), send samples, and provide customer support regarding logistics.
- Data Management
: Maintain accurate records of export performance and archive shipping documents.
Qualifications
- Knowledge
: Solid understanding of international trade processes, including Incoterms and HS Codes.
- Attention to Detail
: Excellent documentation skills with high proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Language
: Business-level English proficiency (Written & Spoken) is required. (Proficiency in Korean is a plus).
- Attribute
: Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and remain calm under pressure during logistical delays.
